What Is Panchakarma?
Panchakarma is the classical Ayurvedic system of five main purification procedures. It is carried out in stages: preparation (Purvakarma), the main procedure (Pradhana Karma) and aftercare (Paschat Karma). The aim is to bring the doshas back into balance, and each stage matters as much as the procedure itself.

Vamana

Basti

How Panchakarma Works at Ayujivan
This is how our 7-day Complete Panchakarma Detox Package runs (11 sessions, 60-75 minutes a day):
- Day 1: Doctor consultation, Prakriti assessment and Snehan begin.
- Days 2-5: Daily Abhyanga followed by Swedan.
- Day 6: The main procedure, as advised, under doctor supervision.
- Day 7: Rasayana therapy, final review and your diet and lifestyle plan.
