Back Pain Jaipur (कमर दर्द)

Overview

Back pain, one of the most common musculoskeletal complaints, is associated in Ayurveda with vitiation of Vata dosha affecting the lower back region (Kati Shoola). Ayujivan offers Panchakarma-based Ayurvedic care aimed at easing discomfort and supporting spinal health.

How It Works

Treatment approaches focus on pacifying aggravated Vata, improving local circulation, and relaxing the muscles supporting the spine through a combination of external oil therapies and internal Ayurvedic support.

Pradhana Karma (Main Procedure)

Therapies such as Kati Basti (a warm herbal oil pool held over the lower back) and focused Abhyanga (therapeutic massage) are administered to help relax tight muscles and support the affected area.

Patients are guided on posture, gentle stretches, and lifestyle habits that may help maintain the benefits of the therapy and reduce recurrence.
