Herniated Disc – Disc Bulge Jaipur (हर्नियेटेड डिस्क)

Overview

A herniated or bulging disc occurs when the soft inner material of a spinal disc pushes outward, sometimes irritating nearby nerves. In Ayurveda, this is associated with aggravated Vata affecting the spine, and Ayujivan offers supportive Panchakarma-based care for associated discomfort.

How It Works

Treatment aims to pacify Vata, ease pressure-related nerve irritation, and support the strength and flexibility of the muscles around the spine.
