The Process
Purva Karma (Preparation)
A dough dam is prepared around the neck to safely contain the warm oil.
Pradhana Karma (Main Procedure)
Warm medicated oil is poured into the dam and retained over the neck for a set duration.
Paschat Karma (Aftercare)
The area is gently cleaned, with rest and neck-care advice provided.
