Pichu Jaipur (पिचु)

Overview

Pichu is a therapy in which oil-soaked cotton pads are placed on affected areas of the body to relieve pain and stiffness through sustained oil contact.

How It Works

Warm medicated oil is absorbed into cotton and placed directly on the affected area, allowing continuous, gentle herbal and thermal benefit over time.

The Process

Purva Karma (Preparation)

Cotton pads are soaked in warm medicated oil appropriate to the condition.

Pradhana Karma (Main Procedure)

The oil-soaked pads are placed on the affected area and left in place for a set duration.

Paschat Karma (Aftercare)

The area is gently cleaned and kept warm following the session.
