Overview

Lepana is the Ayurvedic application of medicated herbal paste to the skin, used to reduce localized inflammation and support healing of the affected area.

How It Works

The Process

Purva Karma (Preparation)

Herbs are selected and freshly prepared into a paste appropriate for the specific condition.

Pradhana Karma (Main Procedure)

Paschat Karma (Aftercare)

The area is gently cleaned once the paste is removed, with any further care as advised.
