Overview
Janu Basti is a localized warm oil-retention therapy applied over the knee joint to relieve stiffness and support joint health.

The Process
Purva Karma (Preparation)
A dough dam is prepared around the knee to safely contain the warm oil.
Pradhana Karma (Main Procedure)
Warm medicated oil is poured into the dam and retained over the knee for a set duration.
Paschat Karma (Aftercare)
The area is cleaned gently and patients are advised on joint-care movement following the session.
